What is VRBookings Owners?
A fully integrated system for managing information and reservations for vacation homes. VRbookings Owners was designed for the individual owner that owns or manages between 1 and 10 homes.
From our own experience, we know one aspect of the business that owners spend a lot of time on is listing their properties on various vacation rental portals. While this is an important for increased traffic and bookings, it is a time consuming job.
Combine this with updating multiple online calendars and it's easy to understand how much time is wasted on these activities. In fact,
we know that a large majority of owners don't bother to update a property once it has been published because of the time involved.
To help solve this problem, we have created a system in which the owner enters the property data one time including photos, prices,
rental policy, etc and automatically the other portals are updated. Each time the owner updates a price, photo, availability or any detail about the
property, these updates are sent to the other portals to be updated as well. This will save the owner time but more importantly it allows the owner to
keep their properties updated in real-time.

Until now individual owners, that wanted to manage the vacation rental homes, had to create their own website. Unless the owner spent
a lot of money, these site were often unprofessional. These sites often lacks the means to manage the requests, options, and reservations

Our team of experienced programmers, with their extensive knowledge of the vacation rental business, have developed
all aspects of the system in-house.
The system runs on our dedicated managed servers. This means that the owner does not have to pay for a server, load software or maintain it. All updates are
done automatically on our servers with no additional charge to the owner. One low yearly fee is all you pay. The owners can connect
our server with any computer that is connected online.
